Exchange/Refund Policy

Any questions not answered below will be answered within 72 business hours M-F. If you have a question or concern regarding a order placed / received and are in need of an immediate response please write: ***URGENT ( your order number ) *** in the subject line and we will respond as soon as possible.

CHANGES TO ORDER: due to our fast shipping we may or may not be able to change shipping addresses or sizes after the order is placed. If your order is already processed and prepared for shipment nothing can be changed.

RETURNS: As stated on the website: All items are final sale. Please contact us with any questions before purchasing.

SIZE EXCHANGE: If your item does not fit we will gladly exchange it for a different size. You must email us at customerservice@kopykatsinc.comm for directions on shipping the item back within 5 business days after receiving it. A P.O. Box address will be provided. In the package you must include a note with your order number and size needed. Not including a note may delay the exchange process. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees and will be emailed a invoice for the new shipping cost for the replacement item. If the size needed is not in stock we will give you store credit for another item. WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED: Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to ship with an additional 2-5 days for transit depending on first class or priority. If you ordered a PRE ORDER item be sure to look at the date the item is estimated to ship.

MY ORDER IS LOST/STOLEN: As stated on the website and during checkout ( *** read new shipping policies ****) If your package has been confirmed via USPS delivered and you did not receive it you must file a claim with USPS as we are not responsible for lost or STOLEN packages. Once you file a claim with USPS the driver on your route will investigate to ensure it was not accidentally delivered to the wrong address which is the case majority of the time. We highly recommend that you select SIGNATURE REQUIRED if you have a history of missing packages that way a person at your address must sign and collect your package eliminating the possibility of it being stolen.
